Santorini semi private morning fishing tour

That’s a classic Santorini fishing tour for those loving this activity and keen on learning some of the most important fishing techniques used in Greece. Our captain along with the experienced crew will teach all secrets!

Our traditional wooden boat departs from Vlychada marina and heads towards the Red White and Black beach. We do two stops in the middle of the sea, the first will be made to catch small shrimp and – some times-  some octopus. Then second stop is made for the fishing nets, so that we can catch a large variety of rockfish (famous local species, delicious taste). Our last stop is at Black beach, which is also known as Mesa Pigadia bay. That area is known for its crystal-clear waters and it is an ideal place for fishing too since it has natural protection from the winds. We stop there for approx. 2- 3 hours for our guests to enjoy snorkelling, fishing and lunch.

Our captain and the crew will teach you how to fish using handlines and fishing rods. You can use them so to catch fish by yourself! Equipment for snorkelling is included and towels as well.

Our lunch consists of the catch of the day served with local appetizers and vegetables on the grill. Also, local wine, beer, water and soft drinks are unlimited.

Returning back to the harbour, our crew puts back to the sea nets and traps for the next tour. During that time, you have the chance to admire the famous Indian Rock and the Lighthouse on Akrotiri cape.

As soon as you reach back to the port our driver will drop you off at the same place you were pick up.
