1. How do I make a booking ?
Make a search on our website; every time you view a Santorini tour, you will be able to make a booking, by clicking the “book online” tab. After you have confirmed and made payment (via credit card), you will receive a booking confirmation and voucher, via the e mail address given.
2. How do you ensure all payments made are secure on your website ?
We ensure that our site is a secure environment for payments. Our systems are protected by Digital Signatures for authentication and integrity, Certification Authority (Comodo) that uniquely identifies the merchant, Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure privacy and authentication, and a firewall that act as shields to our computer networks from attack by viruses and hackers. Database servers are deployed to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider and provides a certified infrastructure for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information. 3. When do you the charge my credit card ?
Your credit card is charged manually on all services.; for details see Terms & Conditions section.
4. Do I get an invoice for my booking ?
Yes, you will receive an invoice the same time you make the booking. This is the final step for the validity of the booking.
5. Do I need to contact mysantorini.com to confirm my booking ?
No, since you have the booking confirmation and the invoice from us, you do not need to do anything more, but have in mind that the confirmation of the reservation from your side is always welcome.
6. How do I change or cancel my booking ?
Our system allows you to make amendments and cancellations. Depending on when you decide to cancel or to amend your booking there may be charges applied; please read our Terms & Conditions section for further details.
7. Special Requests
Any special requests you might have (i.e. late check out, vegetarian menu etc.) have to be requested on the special request section of the booking form, or directly with us via mail. Note that special requests are at the discretion of the tour operator, etc. and subject to availability. There may be extra charges applied, which will have to be paid on the spot.
