Information


The tour starts from Fira city at 11:00am. We will first visit the museum of Prehistoric Thira in Fira, where we admire the exhibits of Acrotiri excavations and the famous wall paintings found there. Next stop is the highest point of the island, the top of the mountain of Profitis Ilias (where the homonymous monastery of the 18th century is located).

From there you have a panoramic view of the whole island. After visiting the Profitis Ilias, we will move on to the black sand beach of Perissa. Here you can enjoy your lunch and you will also have the opportunity to take a swim.

Our last stop is at “Santo Wines” winery in Pyrgos, where you can have a tour to learn the secrets of wine making and taste different kinds of Santorinian wines.
