  • The house located in the black sand beach of Perissa, a village 15 kilometres away from Fira, the capital of Santorini.

    It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Also, there is a very large balcony all around the house.
    The first bedroom has 1 double and 2 single beds and the other bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed. The rooms are very spacious.
    The living room or lounge room has a television, sofas and a big dinner table. The kitchen is fully equipped and most of the equipment is brand new. The house is equipped with air-conditioning and fans.

  • The apartment is located only 50 meters from the beautiful black sand beach of Perissa, so the sea is just outside the house! Bus stations are located 20 meters away from the house and there is a connection to Fira every 30 minutes. If you rent motorbikes, it takes only 15 minutes to get to the capital. In the area around the house, you can find nice tavernas, restaurants, supermarket, a lot of bars and clubs
