Santorini cooking classes!
Demystify Santorinian recipes, taste local wines and learn how they combine together to form the perfect dinner. Fresh materials, good olive-oil, spices and strong wine are the essentials. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 18.00 we offer 3-hour cooking classes at the premises of Argyros Estate. Along with our chef, we will prepare a Santorinian salad (small tomatoes, caper, onion, olives, cucumber, olive-oil and we will cook fava (split peas) beans, fried tomato balls. For main dish, we will cook fish fillet with traditional tomato sauce (cod fish with tomato sauce and garlic) or Pork with fava beans (split peas).
