- Ferry tickets: To book online your ferry tickets for all Greek destinations, you can use our online system found here http://pelican.forth-crs.gr/english/npgres.exe?PM=BB. At the last step of your reservation, you will be automatically transferred to the online system of Winbank.gr (a service of Piraeus Bank of Greece), to place your credit card details and pay online. Credit cards accepted are Visa and Master Card. After payment, you will receive a reconfirmation e-mail containing information on how to pick-up your tickets or time of delivery in case you have selected the courier option.
- Santorini Tours and Activities: You can book your tours in Santorini using the tab "Book here" of every tour published at MySantorini.com. When we receive your request, we will send you an e-mail to confirm availability and the payment options, which are credit card (Visa, Master Card or Diners), Paypal and bank remittance. After payment, you will receive a reconfirmation e-mail containing information on how to pick-up your tickets or a voucher (only for some tours).
- Santorini car rental: You can book your car using our reservation system found at http://www.mysantorini.com/santorini-rent-a-car.html. When we receive your request, we will send you an e-mail to confirm availability and the payment options, which are credit card (Visa, Master Card or Diners), Paypal and bank remittance. After payment, you will receive a reconfirmation e-mail containing instructions on how to pick-up your car from the location you have selected.
- Transfers: You can book transfers for Santorini by submitting your request from the tab "Book here" of the page http://www.mysantorini.com/Santorini-Transfer-Services.html. When we receive your request, we will send you an e-mail to confirm availability and the payment options, which are credit card (Visa, Master Card or Diners), Paypal and bank remittance. After payment, you will receive a reconfirmation e-mail containing instructions on where to meet our driver.
   When you book Santorini tours, activities, car rentals and transfers services by credit card, your card will not be charged on line. It will only be charged by our company Pelican S.A. after booking confirmation by our staff and cost acceptance by your part.

Payments by credit card for ferry tickets through the online system of Piraeus Bank of Greece:
In order to make sure that all data is safely transferred, Piraeus Bank uses the SSL-128bit encryption protocol. This system has been implemented in conjunction with Verisign, a company, specializing in the security of transactions.
Payments by credit card for tours, activities, car rentals and transfer services through the secure environment of Pelican S.A.:
We ensure that the above payments are submitted through the secure sites of Pelican S.A.. Our systems are protected by Digital Signatures for authentication and integrity, Certification Authority (Comodo) that uniquely identifies the merchant, Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure privacy and authentication, and a firewall that act as shields to our computer networks from attack by viruses and hackers. Payments by Paypal for tours, activities, car rentals and transfer services:
PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card. The Paypal account of Pelican S.A. is at paypal@pelican.gr.
Payments by bank transfers for tours, activities, car rentals and transfer services:
We accept remittances through bank transfers from your bank to one of our corporate accounts in Greek banks (National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank of Greece).
