 Alpha Ferries serves the line from the port of Rafina, to the north of Athens, to the Cycldes islands of Andros, Tinos and Mykonos. In summer, some extra routes are scheduled to Naxos and Paros. Alpha Ferries is a small yet reliable company. It presently has only one vessel, the Aqua Jewel, but it is planning to expand itself and cover more lines in the Aegean Sea. › Policy : 1. Departure Passengers should be at the port with their tickets at least one hour before the departure. The car drivers board their car with their own responsibility, always following the guidelines of the crew. 2. Delay of departure In case of delay of departure, the tickets of the scheduled departure are valid. 3. Cancellation of departure In case a trip is cancelled due to force majeure, the tickets are cancelled and if the passengers wishes to, the tickets can be converted to open date tickets that are valid for one year. 4. Cancellation of tickets The tickets can be converted to open date or can be cancelled 4 days before the departure date. The open date tickets are valid for one year. If the ticket is cancelled before the departure, then 50% of the ticket fare is returned. After the departure, tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date. |
